Job Overview:

Argti Software and IT Solutions is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be capable of transforming complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop prototypes that demonstrate interaction patterns and functionality.
• Visual Design:
• Design and deliver high-quality visual mockups and design solutions in line with brand guidelines and user requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and maintain visual consistency.
• UI Design & Interaction:
• Design intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Collaborative Development:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proven experience in designing digital products, web, and mobile applications.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic project requirements.
