Opportunity

Are you a designer with a passion for creating cutting-edge fintech application? Join us as a UI/UX designer and be an integral part of our dynamic team. You’ll have the opportunity to lead the charge in steering the frontend tech towards the creation of groundbreaking fintech application

Responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to;

• User-Centric Design: Develop innovative design solutions based on user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to enhance digital experiences.
• End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from planning and prototyping to user testing and implementation for web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams and external partners to ensure designs meet campaign goals and project deliverables.
• Design Assets: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and ensure they adhere to web standards and accessibility requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously enhance our digital channels.

Technical skills required:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects, including web and mobile applications
• Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), wireframing, prototyping, survey tools and a solid understanding of web standards (W3C, WCAG)
• Familiarity with UX practices, user testing methodologies, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Influencing product direction and strategy across multiple pieces of work
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions effectively.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Attention to detail

What you do

• Assist in conceptualising from-scratch solutions to unique technical problems
• Proficient in developing high fidelity prototypes in figma using an established Design System.
• You will lead the creation of compelling user experiences for our online channels, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and marketing objectives. 
• You will work with the different business teams to define, scope, architect, advise and estimate feature development using your knowledge of the platform, how it is built and any limitations. 
• You will advise the business on updates needed to the platform to ensure it remains a leader in the industry.
