What are we Looking for?

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will also transform them into intuitive, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project needs and objectives.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design user interfaces that can be easily implemented and are responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
Develop prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product experience.
Adhere to design best practices and ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless design process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer/UI UX Designer, with a proven track record of success.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital products (e.g.,Web applications, software interfaces). Strongly prefer having experience with SaaS-based products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Solid experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
