Job Title: UI/UX Designer – Website Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

Rovy Solutions is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of user experience, web design, and site architecture to enhance the overall experience of our website. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who can suggest and implement improvements to our existing site while optimizing user flow and adding new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Redesign & Improvement: Review and assess the current website, identifying areas for improvement in layout, usability, and user engagement.
• New Page Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to design and implement new pages that align with our business goals.
• Site Structure Optimization: Reorganize the website’s information architecture to improve user navigation and find ability.
• User Flow Enhancement: Analyze user behavior and flows to suggest and implement improvements that streamline the user journey from entry to conversion.
• Design Consistency: Ensure a consistent and aesthetically pleasing design across all website elements, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create prototypes, wireframes, and user interface mockups to illustrate design ideas and present them to stakeholders.
• Feedback Implementation: Gather and integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to continuously improve website design and functionality.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the website remains modern, functional, and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio of web design projects.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and UI design with hands-on experience in improving website usability and flow.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with responsive design and an understanding of mobile-first principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript (beneficial but not required).
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback, analytics, and conversion data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
