Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Subject matter experts, developers, and clients to understand project requirements and define design goals.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across different clients.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Figma.
• Conduct user research and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in UI/UX design can be substituted for some educational requirements.
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and other design tools.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX design projects.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
