This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include

• Generating ideas and implementing innovative designs that provide a competitive advantage;
• Translating business requirements and technical limitations into ongoing product improvements;
• Designing beautiful and thoughtful web experiences, creating adaptable designs across various devices and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience;
• Conducting A/B tests for conversion rate optimization (CRO);
• Supporting the Design System and Brand Style Guide;
• Collaborating closely with other designers, CRO specialists, project managers, business analysts, the development team, and other team members to create optimal solutions.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A portfolio demonstrating innovative, future-focused thinking and an up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends.
• A passion for working in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and open-mindedness.
• A critical eye and strong attention to detail.
• Strong visual design skills, including proficiency in color, layout, typography, and brand identity, to create aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Expertise with animation.
• A good level of English (at least B2).

It’s nice if you also have

• A basic understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimization processes.
• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of video editing.
