ABOUT THE ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research new features and business needs and clients feedback with other stakeholders
• Create Figma designs of UI components for web apps and web pages.
• Create wireframes, mood boards, design templates; review prototypes, ideate style guides and design systems, and effectively communicate your visual solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the project direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create infographics, interactive PDFs, and PowerPoint decks
• Be an effective team player. Ability to collaborate closely with client stakeholders, instructional designers, developers.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.).
• Continually keep yourself and the design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ experience with graph design and UI/UX Development
• Portfolio of previous works
• Proficiency with Figma PowerPoint, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and other apps from the Adobe suite or similar alternative
• Knowledge of CSS / HTML and web technologies
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Great attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Great organization and time management (ability to deliver projects on time, ability to estimate efforts for upcoming projects, appreciated experience with productivity tools)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Excellent communication skills in English ( Verbal, Written )
