Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences.
• Utilize AI-driven tools like Lookback, UsabilityHub, and Optimal Workshop to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring a user-centered approach that meets both user needs and business goals.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Develop user flows, site maps, and information architecture that effectively guide users through applications. Employ Axure and ProtoPie for advanced prototyping and interactive designs.
• Visual Design:
• Apply design principles such as color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to produce aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating graphics and ensuring brand consistency. Leverage AI-powered design tools like Canva, Design.ai, and Crello for quick iterations and template-based design.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure that design solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
• Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and feedback meetings to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Usability Testing & Iteration:
• Conduct usability tests using tools like Hotjar, Maze, and UserTesting to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs to enhance functionality, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and user personas, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Use collaborative tools like Notion, Miro, or Confluence to create and share design resources with the team.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design through internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Daz 3D for 3D modeling and RunwayML for AI-driven design enhancements.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices in usability.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively with team members.
