Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team on a remote, freelance basis. The position is open to candidates located in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in design software and a keen eye for usability and aesthetics, contributing to the enhancement of our AI-powered HR software.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Figma for creating polished design prototypes and layouts (Mandatory skill).
• Solid experience with Corel Draw for graphic design and illustration tasks (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and graphic creation (Mandatory skill).
• Strong foundation in Information Architecture to organize and structure content effectively.
• Ability to create visually appealing interfaces focusing on Visual Design principles.
• Experience in Interaction Design, focusing on the way users interact with products.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and improve user interfaces.
• Expertise in Responsive Design to ensure compatibility across a variety of devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to conceptualize and create intuitive user interfaces.
