About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training aspiring designers, professionals, and students in the principles, techniques, and tools of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. You will guide learners through hands-on projects, theoretical frameworks, and practical industry insights, enabling them to excel in the field of UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on UI/UX design concepts, principles, and methodologies.
• Develop, review, and enhance curriculum content, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and tools.
• Conduct hands-on workshops on design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Teach user-centered design approaches, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners, offering guidance on projects, portfolios, and career development.
• Evaluate learners’ progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends and incorporate them into training modules.
• Collaborate with the training and development team to create engaging e-learning materials and resources.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. A certification in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects. Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and analytics tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
