Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other RPA experts to analyze, design, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that drive efficiency and optimize operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of end-to-end RPA solutions, and provide leadership and guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:RPA Solution Design and Architecture:

• Design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
• Lead the technical design and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Define and manage RPA best practices, design principles, and coding standards.
• Assess existing systems and processes for automation opportunities and create a roadmap for RPA implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into automated workflows.

Development and Implementation:

• Develop RPA robots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other associated UiPath components.
• Create efficient, reusable, and modular code for automation workflows.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure robots function as expected in production environments.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications as required.
• Provide expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of RPA bots.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers on RPA development best practices.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to understand the business process requirements and identify opportunities for automation.

Deployment and Support:

• Manage the deployment of RPA solutions into production using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Monitor, maintain, and support RPA robots in production environments, addressing any issues or downtime promptly.
• Ensure proper logging and reporting of bot performance, errors, and system alerts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any failures and provide resolutions.

Continuous Improvement and Training:

• Stay current with UiPath product features, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize existing RPA processes and deliver higher efficiency.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.
• Promote the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality RPA solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Expertise in creating Advanced Workflow Design, Selectors, Exception Handling, and Debugging within UiPath.
• Knowledge of integrating UiPath with external systems via APIs, databases, and other enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, such as the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL, JSON, XML, and other data formats.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, AI, and machine learning is a plus.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, RPA Developer, or RPA Architect (typically 3-7 years of experience).
• Prior experience in leading and architecting RPA solutions is highly preferred.
• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is a plus.
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
