Looking for someone who can Manage Tenant refresh working with UKG. Change control for Migrations, Tenant Refresh Procedures and be a Gate Keeper. Someone who has done large scale migrations and implementations.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Environment Management:

Manage UKG environment configurations, including Tenant refreshes, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.

• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and UKG for tenant refresh activities.
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline tenant refresh operations, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Change Control & Migration:

Oversee change control processes for UKG system migrations, tenant refreshes, and other system updates.

• Coordinate the migration of UKG environments (e.g., from WFC to WFM Pro) while ensuring the integrity and reliability of data and processes.
• Act as the “Gatekeeper” for all environment-related changes, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and testing are completed before implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing migration projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and business requirements.

Process Improvement & Implementation:

Identify opportunities for process improvements in UKG environment management, automating workflows where applicable.

• Implement best practices for environment refresh procedures and change management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change management activities, ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with UKG support, IT, HR, and payroll teams to ensure environment stability and continuous system availability.

• Work closely with business users to ensure successful migrations and system updates, providing regular updates and post-migration support.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Monitor and assess risks associated with environment changes, ensuring all compliance and security protocols are followed.

• Implement change management policies to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in managing UKG environments, with a focus on tenant refresh, migrations, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale UKG migration projects and working with UKG teams.
• Expertise in change control management, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of system changes.
• Strong understanding of UKG’s WFC, WFM Pro, and related HR/payroll modules.
• Proven experience with managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing complex systems and changes.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $86,542.00 – $150,000.00 per year
