Role Analysis: UKGPro Implementation Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Testing Support:

• Assist in UAT, parallel testing, and other testing phases to ensure system reliability and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues during testing.

Day-to-Day Operations Support:

• Work closely with the lead (Matt Farnsworth) to create and enforce system-based policies for Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro.
• Provide operational support for modules, ensuring consistency and effective usage across the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Meet with business owners to review current system requirements, gather input, and address enhancement needs or bugs.
• Document and submit system change or enhancement requests, ensuring traceability for all updates and improvements.

Configuration Management:

• Design and manage configurations such as MKDs (Multiple Key Data), hyper-finds, and other settings for WFC and UKG Pro.
• Support the accurate handling of data and operational efficiency.

System Maintenance and Enhancements:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and document system policies and enhancements.
• Keep the system updated to reflect evolving business needs, improving efficiency and functionality.

Module and Integration Expertise:

• Configure and support Kronos modules, including Activities and Advanced Scheduler, with interface design and deployment.
• Provide support for integrations such as Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for PeopleSoft applications.

UKGPro Implementation
Aspart of the project, assist in all testing in both UAT, parallel, and any otheradditional testing. In addition, assistin day to day operations within the module. This position will assist the lead, Matt Farnsworth, in creating andenforcing system-based policies specific to Kronos (WFC & UKG Pro). This helps to ensure consistent and effectiveKronos usage across the enterprise. Incollaboration with the lead, this position will meet with business owners toreview current requirements and gather additional input for enhancements andissues (bugs). This keeps the systemupdated and tailored to evolving business needs, enhancing efficiency. This position helps to develop, document, andsubmit requests for system changes, and enhancements. This helps to provide structured updates,ensuring traceability in project and system improvements. This position helpsto manage and design configurations (e.g. MKDs, hyper-finds) in support of WFC,and the upcoming UKG Pro. This isimportant to ensure accurate data handling and views which is vital foroperational efficiency.
