Job Title: Sr. Product Manager – Digital
Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas)
Contract Duration: 2-Year Contract
About The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Digital to bring innovative ideas to life and drive our digital experiences forward. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating intuitive, user-centered products that make an impact. You’ll work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to shape a product vision that aligns with our community-focused goals, delivering on our commitment to exceptional digital experiences.
Key Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, computer science, information systems, human-centered design, or related field; or equivalent experience designing and launching digital products.
Digital Experience: Proven experience as a digital product owner, designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio or writing samples that showcase your design and product decision-making.
Documentation Skills: Experienced in crafting requirements, user stories, use cases, and scenarios to communicate product intent across teams.
Facilitation Skills: Skilled in planning workshops to align stakeholders and capture user needs, turning feedback into low-fidelity designs.

Key Responsibilities
Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a clear product vision, success criteria, and roadmap aligned with business opportunities and user needs.
Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the voice of the customer, using data and research to shape product direction.
Product Backlog Management: Collaboratively create a prioritized backlog of features, scenarios, and integrations.
Measure Success: Define key success metrics to gauge customer usability, engagement, and adoption.
Lead Agile Teams: Drive agile processes to deliver measurable value, maintaining a predictable cadence.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders, designers, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches.
Strategic Contribution: Support digital strategy and business objectives that create value for customers, partners, and employees.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement changes that enhance digital experiences, guided by research, data, and business needs.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with Portfolio and Project Management teams to align on priorities, project planning, and progress updates.
Risk Management: Balance agile delivery with risk management considerations to maintain high standards in digital interactions.
Design Leadership: Apply design thinking to drive exceptional user experiences across various platforms.
Vendor Oversight: Oversee and ensure the quality of deliverables from contractors and vendors involved in the product lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in a tech-driven environment as a product manager, designer, or similar role.
Familiarity with agile, design thinking, or user-centered approaches for digital product launches.
Relevant background in IT or business with experience in a digital function.
Strong user research and data analytics experience.
Proficient in managing backlogs, facilitating workshops, and delivering iterative value.
Able to leverage research and analytics for informed product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in digital accessibility standards.
Experience leading scrum ceremonies and guiding teams in design, development, and testing.
Demonstrated success in launching a digital product from concept to release.
Experience overseeing contractors and vendors for interaction design and research activities.
Awareness of emerging communication technologies.
