Summary

We are looking for a US Customer Support Expert to take on full responsibility for creating, planning, and executing customer/client relations strategies to maintain and enhance the perception of our company among referring providers and patients.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Studying the organization’s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
  • Write press releases, media announcements, speeches, and other PR copy
  • Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
  • Enhance brand image through Patient Care stories/Media Engagement and brand.
  • Create new & improved communication methods for entire concepts, stories, and messaging for both external and internal key events and campaigns.’
  • Manage and oversee the proper delivery of services to clients, and educate and update employees on healthcare programs and other promotional plans
  • Organize and oversee company events such as campaigns, seminars, and conferences
  • Improve the quality of the company’s voice via different online and offline channels
  • Conduct research and public opinion
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted clients
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (patients)
  • Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and provide advice on business decisions.
  • Serve as a first contact person for all media queries
  • Provide effective crisis management solutions at the time of need
  • Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create budget for communication purposes and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, marketing, journalism, or mass communication is highly preferred
  • An experienced person working across functions of PR/Corporate Communications
  • Must have excellent letter-writing skills and good computer literacy.
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferably a healthcare company) is desired
  • Experience in managing operations involving multiple stakeholders across all levels
  • Experience with diverse social media platforms
  • Is a go-getter and passionate about delivering in an ever-changing, complex & dynamic environment.
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrates strong perseverance to achieve results.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking and ability to plan, organize, and execute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
