About The Role
As a Recruiter supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to review resumes, source candidates, conduct phone screen interviews and work with various teams to successfully fill all open positions. You will provide full life cycle recruitment and bring in top diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting including active sourcing (with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter), candidate pipeline development, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with the hiring teams.
- Continue to grow the internal candidate database with qualified candidates at all levels in our core domains of communications, broadband, grants, public safety, and cybersecurity policy from a broad range of channels and sources.
- Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle.
- Review and update interview guide content as needed.
- Maintain appropriate trackers to ensure enhanced situational awareness of all parties involved in the recruiting and hiring process.
- Support candidates with a positive experience throughout the interview process and communicate regularly by setting expectations, providing timely updates, and shepherding the interview process with the goal of creating a “wow” experience for our candidates.
- Source strong candidates with content marketing and branding initiatives.
- Represent the Corner Alliance brand and reputation.

Required Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of professional, relevant experience in recruiting
- Demonstrated experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and other specialized methods, to successfully identify and engage top talent across multiple platforms and databases.
- Ability to quickly learn tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Google Suite
- Ability to promote a culture that attracts, engages, and retains top, diverse talent
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task with multiple candidates at varying phases in the process
- Ability to produce quick results while moving qualified candidates through the process quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using JazzHR
- Experience in a professional services/government contracting environment
Work Schedule
- M-F 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM Manila Time
