Through our work building and modernizing enterprise software applications , you will have the opportunity to design products that are simple, intuitive, and satisfying that ultimately help the federal government work better and deliver better services. **Key Responsibilities** Ideate to discover and develop designs and solve user experience problems as identified by your project team. **Basic Qualifications** 3+ years of applied UX design experience in the software industry. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred. 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred. Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred. Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred. Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services. **Professional Skills** Complete tasks effectively and on schedule as part of a broader development team. Participate in an Agile process to learn quickly and iterate on your project’s user experience. Strong skills with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch. Ability to work successfully with a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed remote development team. **Job Location:** This position requires that the job be performed in the United States.
