Job Title: UX Designer (6-Week Contract)

About Us: We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong background in enterprise solutions to join our team on a 6-week contract. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
• Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Enterprise Focus: Design intuitive user interfaces for enterprise-level applications, ensuring scalability and usability.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Documentation: Maintain design guidelines and documentation for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience, specifically with enterprise applications.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous enterprise UX design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of UX Principles: Deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex design challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

The salary range for this position is $50-$60 per hour.
