User Experience Tester (Remote)

Description

We are on the hunt for a User Experience (UX/UI) Tester to be an integral part of our team. Operating in the digital industry in LORAIN, Ohio, the UX/UI Tester will be involved in various tasks from processing customer applications to maintaining records and resolving inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct AB testing to ensure optimal user experience.

Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD for design and testing.

Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and contribute to the team’s workflow.

Implement Android Development techniques to optimize mobile user experience.

Maintain a keen understanding of brand awareness and its impact on design choices.

Use CSS for designing and enhancing user interfaces.

Resolve customer inquiries related to the user interface and experience.

Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on user experience data.

Process and manage customer applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Keep accurate customer credit records, following all industry standards and protocols.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX/UI) Testing or similar roles

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD

Demonstrated experience in Android Development

Proven ability in conducting AB Testing

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

Proficient knowledge in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

Experience in Digital Marketing or related fields
