Utilities Practice Manager (Remote)

Job Description

– Responsible for building and leading a team for each of his practices.
– Development of new offerings.
– Support in Business Development plan with commercial team.
– Direct practice leads to be ready for coming business.
– Work with practice leads on enhancement plans to automate the work and optimize the performance of MS delivery model.

Personal Skills

– Proven ability to lead and manage teams, particularly in a managerial role.
– Competence in managing teams and projects from a distance.
– Ability to manage and communicate effectively with individuals from different nationalities.
– Skills in leading a team of managers and a larger team of personnel (40-50).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
– Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization.

Technical Skills

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of practice activities within relevant projects and contracts.
– Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of practices.
– Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
– Participate in initiatives and research & development (R&D) as needed.
– Act as the technical expert on projects, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
– Develop technical tools for knowledge storage and retrieval, continuously update the knowledge base, and encourage team usage.
