your daily tasks

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, such as surveys, interviews, and observations, to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.
• Creating user personas and scenarios that reflect diverse user groups and their interactions with the product.
• Structuring and organizing information in an intuitive and easy-to-understand manner to ensure optimal product navigation.
• Designing interactions between users and the product to ensure a positive user experience.
• Creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability tests to validate and optimize design solutions.
• Developing an aesthetic and functional user interface, including layout, colors, typography, and images, to ensure an attractive and cohesive design.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to effectively take the product from concept to market launch.

Your Skills

• Proficiency in English and German, with strong communication skills for international collaboration.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and designing user interactions.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
• Skills in prototyping, usability testing, and visual design (layout, colors, typography).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
