Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing seamless and intuitive user experiences for our telehealth platforms. Your work will directly impact how patients and healthcare providers interact with our services, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for all brands within the group, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling user experience across all touchpoints.
• Shape the visual identity of our brands by selecting and curating imagery, typography, color palettes, and other design elements that enhance the brand and resonate with users.
• Translate user insights into designs that are not only functional but also aesthetically outstanding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align design decisions with the company’s vision and strategy.
• Push the boundaries of design by proposing innovative ideas that captivate users and elevate the overall experience.
• Act as the guardian of “taste,” bringing an intuitive sense of style and sophistication to all visual elements.
•  Conduct user research and usability testing to understand patient and provider needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Design user interfaces that are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and maintain a consistent design system. 
• Design and optimize websites and digital ads to enhance patient and provider engagement.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable laws and regulations governing telehealth and digital services. 
• Stay informed about emerging design tools and integrate them into your workflow where relevant to enhance efficiency and creativity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in  best practice design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similiar.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare or telehealth platforms is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements relevant to telehealth and digital design.
