About the opportunity:

We are seeking to hire a motivated professional to work as a UX Designer in a strategic role with one of our biggest clients on products with a high impact on their revenue. This company is a leader in the home furnishings and specialty retail industry, known for its innovative approach to product design and customer experience. With a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical practices, they provide a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers across various domains (e.g., Checkout, Product Recommendations, Product Detail Page) to design new features and enhance existing ones;
• Conduct discoveries, including competitive analyses, internal audits, and usability reviews, to identify areas for improvement;
• Navigate the typical product lifecycle: from discovery and ideation to design iteration, stakeholder reviews, and development handoff;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business goals;
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining focus and expertise in specific domains.

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced in Ecommerce UX Design, with a proven track record of designing impactful features.
• Deep Knowledge working with design systems and understanding their role in scalable feature development;
• Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies and the ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions;
• Ability to analyze data, conduct competitive audits, and bring usability principles to feature designs.
• Availability to work onsite at the North Point Office in San Francisco, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for a UX Designer is from $100k to $110k yearly.
