As the UX & Product Lead, you will focus on delivering exceptional, research-driven user experiences that set new standards in usability, functionality, and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead the vision and roadmap for our digital platforms, ensuring a user-centered approach that aligns with business goals.
• UX Research & Design: Drive user experience innovation by conducting in-depth UX research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to craft intuitive, delightful interfaces.
• Platform Development: Collaborate with developers to create scalable, high-performing platforms tailored for seamless e-commerce and fit-out project management.
• User-Centric Iteration: Continuously enhance platform features based on UX research findings and customer feedback to meet evolving user needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across design, marketing, and operations to ensure the platforms support a cohesive, customer-focused experience.
• Design Leadership: Establish and uphold design standards and workflows that ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in UX design and product leadership, with a strong background in user research and usability testing.
• Expertise in designing for e-commerce and/or project management platforms, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and research tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Hotjar.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences through research-driven methods, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver impactful products.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on creating value for users through design and innovation.
