We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our innovative and remote team. As a UX/UI Designer at NexWins Solutions, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final interface design.

– Create visually compelling and highly usable web and mobile designs.

– Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.

– Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

– Stay up to date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

– Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams.

– Experience working with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).

– Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including process and final designs.

– Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.

– Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.

– Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
