Ux Ui Designer (Remote)

ZeOrbit is hiring a contract UX/UI Designer to work as a key senior member of our small but mighty team. In this role, you will work alongside product strategists, researchers and designers to shape products and experiences for our clients.

Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience ( 1-2 month Contract Position)

Summary:

The primary role of a UX/UI Designer is to design, develop, and enhance user interfaces with a deep understanding of end-user needs, incorporating gamification strategies to elevate user engagement, motivation, and retention.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 3-5+ years of professional experience in gamification concept.
2. 2-3+ years of a strong understanding of design systems.
3. 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma.
4. Demonstrated experience implementing gamification techniques in UI/UX design, such as rewards, progress tracking, and interactive elements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business development team and/or clients early in the process to understand their business goals, challenges, and target audiences.
• Design engaging interfaces by incorporating gamification strategies, including point systems, badges, leaderboards, progress bars, and interactive challenges.
• Evaluate user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of designs within time and budget constraints.
• Create prototypes and test gamified elements to ensure they enhance user experience and align with product objectives.
• Oversee software system installations and ensure equipment operates as per specifications.
• Analyze user behavior and data to refine gamification elements and optimize user engagement.
• Use scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict the outcomes and implications of design strategies.
• Provide recommendations for integrating gamification into workflows, learning platforms, or customer-facing applications.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in software design and development.
• Expertise in professional UI development.
• Proficiency in data-driven UI design and testing.
• Strong knowledge of gamification principles, such as motivational psychology, game mechanics, and reward systems.
• Experience designing and implementing gamification elements to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into engaging and user-friendly designs.
