The Holzkern Marketing team is looking for support in optimizing the website experience (at least 30h/week).

Your areas of responsibility

• 
  Create Design Concepts: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring alignment with Holzkern’s unique brand identity.
• 
  Analyze User Behavior: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or Lucky Orange to identify areas of improvement and understand customer pain points.
• 
  Optimize Customer Journeys: Apply your knowledge of E-Commerce UX/UI best practices to enhance the website experience for our customers, from first touchpoint to conversion.
• 
  Drive A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests using tools like Kameleoon to validate design hypotheses and continuously improve performance.
• 
  Develop Proactive UX/UI Strategies: Identify opportunities to enhance the website experience and collaborate with developers for seamless implementation.
• 
  Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Website Team, developers, and external testing agencies to bring projects to life.
• 
  Ensure Consistency: Maintain Holzkern’s Webshop CI and ensure visual coherence across all customer touchpoints.

Your profile

• 
  Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• 
  Proven E-Commerce Experience: You’ve worked on D2C E-Commerce websites and understand how to optimize Customer Journeys.
• 
  Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity, and the ability to interpret data for UX/UI decisions.
• 
  A/B Testing Know-How: You’ve planned, run, and evaluated A/B tests and understand crucial on-site KPIs for optimizing the website
• 
  Attention to Detail: You understand E-Commerce UX/UI nuances, ensuring every design decision enhances user experience and aligns with business goals.
• 
  Tech-Savvy Mindset: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus (but not mandatory).
• 
  Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to present ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate project updates effectively.
