What will you do in this role?

Performs advanced in-system configurations and participates in the identification, review and documentation of user requirements, system design specifications and qualifications. Coordinates and executes configuration implementations. Ensures business success and client satisfaction on supported applications. Acts as a project manager for departmental projects and initiatives ensuring team deliverables are accurate, qualified, registered and comply with required formats and within established timelines. Leads system releases, bug fixes and enhancements.

Education & Experience requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a Life Science, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Engineering or similar area.

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Expert knowledge in laboratory systems such as ELN, LIMS, etc.

Experienced working with process improvement, system implementation, change management.

Ability to lead as subject matter expert for technical systems.

Ability to lead collaboration with business and development teams to create process maps, collect requirements, communicate needs and timelines.

Experience with computer system lifecycle, system testing, validation, iterative agile design and development process

Strong ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
