JOB DESCRIPTION

The Valuations and Banking Administrator will be responsible for the processing of movements of funds for all areas of the business including investments, property purchases, retirements etc. as well as ensuring all banking requests are processed in a timely manner. The Valuations and Banking Administrator will liaise with all areas of the Customer Services Team to ensure SLA’s are met and that our Financial Advisors and clients receive a first class service.

The ITC Group have made the decision to work remotely on a permanent basis. Therefore, this role is exclusively a remote working opportunity.

SALARY

Starting salary is €27,000 rising to €28,000 on successful completion of 6-month probationary period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is primarily an administrative role supporting our clients, intermediaries, sales team and other departments within the Company. The typical day to day workload of a Valuations and Banking Administrator would broadly consist of 60% administration work, 30% preparing client reports and 10% client servicing.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

§ Processing movement of funds for all areas of the business including investments, property purchases, retirements etc. as well as ensuring all banking requests are processed in a timely manner.

§ Allocating daily banking transactions and processing online & manual bank transfers from the respective pension schemes.

§ Completing assigned quarterly and annual reporting for all our core products.

§ Liaising with numerous third parties including intermediaries, investment companies and banks to obtain scheme valuations.

§ Responsibility for maintaining transactions for view on Client/Broker Portal.

§ Ensuring client service standards are upheld by adhering to the procedure’s manual and customer charter.

§ Deliver a first-class service to our Financial Advisors and Clients in line with our company policies and procedures.

§ Ensuring all banking requests are processed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

§ Experience in a client facing role is essential.

§ A minimum of 1 year Administration experience.

§ Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and in any in-house systems.

§ Experience in data entry roles beneficial.

§ Experience in accounts roles beneficial.

§ Business or Financial qualification, beneficial but not required.

§ QFA qualified or working towards QFA is desirable but not essential.
