The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist with a strong foundation in vendor operations, analytics, and market strategy to help grow our brand and optimize profitability. What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will focus on:

Vendor Management (35%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability and ROI.
• Oversee production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Address vendor issues and secure appropriate resolutions, such as refunds or discounts.

Inventory & Logistics (25%)

• Manage inventory systems, barcoding, and CRM processes.
• Analyze inventory data to improve turnover rates and prevent shortages.
• Communicate with fulfillment centers and shipping carriers to resolve delays and optimize operations.

Analytics & Strategy (25%)

• Use data to identify growth opportunities and create actionable strategies.
• Develop and implement plans to increase market profitability.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends.

Leadership & Growth (15%)

• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal teams.
• Develop problem-solving strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Take initiative to drive company growth and prepare for higher-level leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in vendor operations, inventory management, or related roles.
• Degree in International Business, Commerce, or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in automation.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of maximizing ROI.
• Knowledge of tariffs, import/export processes, and logistics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and focus in a fast-paced environment.
