Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Venture Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead our affiliate network strategy through a high-earning, revenue-sharing model. With on-target earnings of $300K annually and no cap on revenue share, this role is ideal for a motivated partnerships expert with an established venture and startup network. Weekly cash payouts begin immediately, and a competitive base salary is added after a 3-month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Development: Identify, onboard, and cultivate long-term relationships with venture-focused affiliates, including accelerators, VCs, incubators, and relevant tech platforms.
- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary contact for affiliate partners, providing them with ongoing support and ensuring strategic alignment with Mobius Ventures’ mission.
- Revenue & Performance Optimization: Track and analyze affiliate performance, implementing strategies to maximize growth and achieve on-target earnings of $300K annually.
- Content & Marketing Support: Work with internal teams to supply affiliates with tailored resources, marketing assets, and performance insights.
- Cross-Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute cross-promotional opportunities within the affiliate network to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Compliance & Contract Management: Ensure all affiliate partnerships adhere to company standards and legal requirements, managing agreements as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development, ideally within the startup, tech, or venture capital ecosystem.
- Network: A strong network within the startup or venture ecosystem (e.g., VCs, accelerators) is a major advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with performance tracking, revenue optimization, and metrics-based strategy adjustments.
- Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in negotiation.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve growth targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
