The VES Leader Commercial EMEA (VES-L Commercial EMEA) role will be accountable for meeting and exceeding business specific targets through the implementation of commercial standard work, providing training and implementation of Veralto Enterprise System (VES). This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset to improve VES capability at all levels of the EMEA Commercial organization.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Develop, execute and continuously improve our EMEA Commercial Playbook
- Own Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), implement and drive change across EMEA commercial teams .
- Implement VES Fundamentals with a focus on Daily Management (DM), Growth Rooms (GR), Transactional Process Improvement (TPI), Problem Solving (PSP) as well as coaching with Action Plans and Bowlers with key metrics to achieve targets.
- Be a business partner and a coach for commercial leaders and drive focus on Channel partner management (CPB).
- Manage EMEA VES Kaizen & CP Funnel and coach commercial stakeholders through the Kaizen process from identification, charter development, execution (Lead/Facilitate), and sustainment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Years of Experience: 7+ years of driving improvements within commercial organization leveraging data-driven systems (CRM/ERP) to drive behavior.
- Deep experience with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) implementation as well as analytical mindset is required.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve results working in a cross-functional international team.
- Strong commercial background or experience in Commercial Operations is required.
- Broad operational Experience with VES tools or similar Lean systems as a Certified Practitioner is required.
- Leadership experience with Channel Partner Management is benefit.
