Responsibilities:
Who are you?
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies: Use your deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, product, and the competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies—identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and making informed decisions that align with long-term business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment in executing marketing campaigns. Collaborate in defining product features and benefits that resonate with our target audience.
Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with business goals, drive revenue growth, and track quantitative and qualitative KPIs to measure performance.- Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings. Utilize this information to inform product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
Team management: Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and KPIs that support business objectives, provide regular feedback, and develop team members’ skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:
What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in a B2B or SaaS organization.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare system, health plan and/or employer wellbeing markets is essential.

- Proficient in analyzing key metrics and using data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of product marketing programs
- Strategic thought partner across the organization, overseeing multiple products and/or markets and helping to set the strategic direction of and long-term vision for the product marketing function.
- Seasoned at leading and navigating complex, cross-functional meetings—driving collaboration to meet decisions and achieve shared outcomes
- A player-coach who develops and leads high-performing team(s). Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Elite verbal, written, storytelling, and visual communication prowess.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $190,000 to $200,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 20% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
