Your Role

As a Video Editor And Graphic Designer, You Will

• Create compelling videos by adhering to project specifications, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, with a focus on social media (both paid and organic channels).
• Adjust color grading to achieve various visual styles.
• Source licensed assets, including graphics, music, and footage.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to address errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.
• Manage assets and media libraries systematically for efficient workflow.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain seamless communication with the production team to ensure timely project completion.
• Continuously explore new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiency.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• Equal focus on both video editing and graphic design is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, graphic design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in both video editing and graphic design.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficient in editing raw footage, color grading, quality checks, and sourcing licensed assets.
• Graphic Design Skills: Capable of creating engaging designs for social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing work for social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram), including paid and organic content.
• Strong experience with editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion Graphics: Ability to design stylized graphics for video content.
• Visual Effects (VFX): Experience with visual effects, including 3D, animation, and compositing.
• Experience working in a marketing or agency setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication platforms like Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
