The ideal candidate will understand how to tell stories across the digital realm.
We’re now looking to expand our team as we enter a phase of growth. We have a robust plan to increase our client base, develop new and exciting video solutions and to be known as the video agency that delivers BIG results.
About the role
We are looking for a Video Editor, with 3+ years of experience that can deliver high-quality, creative videos for our clients.
Please note: We run a 100% remote office so this is a full-time, work from home role.
This is an exciting role within the company and you will work on a variety of work from TVC’s, social media content & corporate communications.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities using the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and be confident and experienced with editing, grading, audio mixing and motion graphics.

Remuneration will be discussed with qualified applicants and is negotiable depending on experience and skill set.
Key duties
- Work directly with the creative team to develop ideas and concepts.
- Manage footage and assets
- Edit videos with a range of styles
- Craft stories with interview footage
- Colour grade
- Audio mixing
- Master and dispatch
- Back up and archive projects and manage storage facilities
Skills and experience
- Developing Creative Concepts – Working directly with our creative team to develop ideas and concepts
- Project Management – manage the post-production systems and workflows within the company
- Positive Client Experience – Be able to work with clients within the edit suites to provide them with a 5-star experience
- High-Quality Editing – Be able to work efficiently within the budgeted time to produce a high-quality final output
- Grading Experience – Be able to colour grade footage to a high level in a range of ‘styles’.
- Manage Processes and Systems – The role would require you to manage the three Mac/adobe edit suites and NAS drive and have the technical knowledge to ensure the systems and processes are being used correctly
- Work under Pressure – We work to specific deadlines and as such the ideal candidate will be able to thrive under pressure and keep a calm head at all times.
