Job Description:

We’re Hiring! GoWithGuide, a global travel company providing customized tours and itineraries by local guides, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll create engaging video content primarily for our social media channels to catch the attention of audiences and grow our brand presence. Responsibilities:

• Capture and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos that align with GoWithGuide’s brand and resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute video concepts.
• Optimize videos for social media with attention to platform-specific formats and audience behavior.
• Incorporate graphics, text overlays, music, and effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in social media video production.
• Maintain an organized library of video files and assets for future use.
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects according to the content schedule.

Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience as a Video Editor, with a focus on social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Experience with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific video best practices.
• Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in travel or tourism-related content is a plus.
• English proficiency

Salary: RM3,000 – RM 5,000/ Monthly

Working hours:

• 8 hours a day / 5 days a week
• Monday-Friday

Holidays and Vacations:

• Complete five-day work week system
• Saturday, Sunday, public holidays
• Paid leave (10 days per year)
• Possibility of taking one consecutive month of leave per year (By setting public holidays as working days, you can choose to combine compensatory leave and paid leave to make consecutive holidays.)

Work location:

• Work from Home for the whole time.
