Salary: $2,000-$4,000 Base Salary, plus performance base bonuses.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling marketing narratives that drive conversions. Working directly directly with myself,, you’ll be responsible for producing both short and long-form video content that tells powerful stories and sells products effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and edit commercial-quality video content for e-commerce brands
• Produce engaging short-form content for Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing channels
• Develop long-form video content utilizing recorded footage and in-house graphics
• Execute post-production tasks including editing, titling, color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to test and optimize video content performance
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and After Effects
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging motion graphics
• Experience with social media content creation and optimization
• Excellent eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

Preferred Experience

• Background in e-commerce or UGC marketing
• Experience with direct response marketing
• Portfolio showcasing lifestyle, health, or beauty content
• Knowledge of current social media video trends and best practices
