Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit both short and long-form videos with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and viewer engagement. This includes cutting footage, adding transitions, and ensuring seamless audio-visual synchronisation.
• Animation and Graphics: Create engaging 2D and 3D animations for product explainer videos.
• Design motion graphics that enhance video content, including title sequences, lower thirds, and other visual elements to support the narrative.
• Product Explainer Videos:Develop scripts and storyboards that clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage.
• Animate these explanations in a way that is both informative and visually appealing.
• Marketing Materials:Produce videos for marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, YouTube, company website).
• Tailor content for different audience segments to maximize impact and engagement.
• Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to conceptualize video content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for video projects.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and applying visual effects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing animations, graphics, and various video formats.
• Proven track record in producing explainer videos and marketing content.
• Skills:Excellent narrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
