We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager/Virtual Assistant to oversee the smooth functioning of our team and operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring deadlines are met, team members are held accountable, and processes are optimized to achieve our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate is strict, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and isn’t afraid to make tough decisions to drive performance and results. Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Accountability
- Act as the central point of accountability for ensuring tasks are completed on time and team members adhere to schedules.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and take swift action to address them.
- Hold team members accountable for their performance, including reassigning or removing individuals from projects and teams when necessary to maintain productivity and alignment with goals.
- Foster a results-driven team culture focused on achieving objectives efficiently.
Hiring, Training, and Documentation
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members.
- Develop, maintain, and improve training materials and operational documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process consistency.
- Conduct training sessions to prepare new hires and upskill existing team members.
Communication & Reporting
- Manage the weekly company newsletter, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional communication.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports tracking team member performance, project status, and key activity metrics.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and transparency in operations.
Customer Support
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing prompt resolutions to client concerns.
Product Testing
- Test new product features and provide detailed feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.

Requirements
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management, virtual assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Aggressive in meeting deadlines and timelines, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work hard and long hours if necessary to meet the demands of the role.
