We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Virtual Assistant with flawless English (minimal accent), a strong customer service aptitude, and a knack for negotiating with contractors and freelancers, especially in the maintenance and services industry. Experience in these areas is not required, but the ability to resolve customer conflicts professionally and amicably is crucial. We demand exceptional performance from our virtual assistants. Your English must be near-perfect, with minimal accent, and you must work fast and efficiently. You’ll handle contractor negotiations and customer conflicts, requiring strong communication and quick problem-solving. If you’re not self-motivated, or can’t take harsh feedback and grow from it, don’t apply. This role requires you to be constantly on and pushing yourself. We reward initiative and research skills with quick promotions and raises, but high expectations are non-negotiable. In this role, you will be expected to work at a fast pace throughout your entire shift, with high expectations for both effort and output. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to handle complex tasks, negotiate favorable outcomes, and work independently with no supervision. Self-organization is very important to your success as well, you will be expected to complete tasks without being reminded and failure to do this is unacceptable.
