Mandatory Skills :
Ø Must have strong command on English Language
Ø Strong on Communication
Ø Detail Oriented
Ø Analytically strong
Ø Must be able to manage Timely deliverables
Ø Problem solver
Responsibilities:
Ø Provide administrative and customer support services remotely
Ø Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ø Assist in managing and organizing digital files and documents
Ø Provide recommendations for improving customer experience
Ø Develop reports and presentations using MS Suite
Ø Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification :
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
