We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our projects. Currently, for project conducted for our Client – Cisco Systems – the international leader in IT, we are looking for Virtual Distributor Account Manager in EMEA.

About the role:
This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to monitor distributor performance, foster continuous improvement, and drive meaningful results in a global environment.
The Virtual Distributor Account Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with Splunk’s distribution partners. This role focuses on supporting distributors in their go-to-market strategies, and enabling their success through tailored training, resources, and certification programs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager ensures alignment with Splunk’s channel strategy while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations. The position involves monitoring distributor performance, driving continuous improvement, and addressing global and local market needs to optimize distributor engagement and success.
Your daily tasks on this position:
- develop and manage a structured onboarding program to ensure new distributors are quickly and effectively coordinated into Splunk’s ecosystem, including training, enablement, and alignment with our channel strategy,
- design and implement scalable channel programs that support distributors in their go-to-market efforts. This includes defining program goals, measuring success, and driving continuous improvement,
- partner enablement – collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored training materials, certification programs, and support resources to empower distributors and ensure they are equipped to sell and service Splunk’s solutions,
- cross-functional collaboration – work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to distributor engagement and ongoing support,
- ensure that distributors adhere to Splunk’s policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements,
- monitor the performance and success of distributor programs through metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership and recommending adjustments to optimize partner engagement,
- ensure alignment of distribution programs across regions while addressing local market needs, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.
What we would like you to have:
- excellent organisational skills and detail orientation,
- 7+ years of experience in channel management, distribution programs, or partner enablement, preferably in the tech or software industry,
- global perspective experience working in global markets with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in diverse regions,
- program management skills, strong ability to lead large-scale programs with a focus on planning, execution, and measurement,
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage collaborators at all levels, both internally and externally,
- technical acumen, a solid understanding of Splunk’s products and the ability to convey technical information to partners in a digestible way,
- project management, proven track record of balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail,
- ability to independently identify areas requiring improvement,
- flexibility to work in a global organization (working hours),
- excellent English verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, professional and confident.
