What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver exceptional customer service through empathetic and efficient claim handling
• Triage and assess commercial property damages to determine inspection and estimating needs
• Create initial damage estimates using Xactimate and visual documentation of property damage
• Manage complex commercial property claims, including weather-related and equipment breakdown losses
• Coordinate investigations and claim activities with customers, vendors, and business partners

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum three to five years of claims experience, preferably in Commercial Property and field estimating
• Solid knowledge of commercial property claims and experience conducting physical inspections
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing as required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Professional designations in insurance or claims management
• IICRC certification and completion of Applied Structural Drying
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
• Ability to support Catastrophe (CAT) duty and extended operating hours as needed
• Knowledge of state/territory regulations and industry trends
