**Job Description** We are hiring for a sales role where the candidate will be responsible for selling ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund products. The role involves advising Retail and High Net Worth (HNI) clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Sales Focus:** Sell ICICI Prudential MF products to Retail and HNI clients through the assigned database and ICICI Bank branches. 2. **Customer Advising:** Analyze customer portfolios and provide customized financial solutions to meet their needs. 3. **Client Interaction:** Maintain regular contact with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and group discussions. Share marketing materials like brochures and fact sheets. 4. **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on market trends and all product offerings. 5. **Service Excellence:** Provide the highest level of service to HNI clients, addressing their queries and offering prompt resolutions. 6. **Sales Closure:** Work with experienced team members if needed to close sales deals effectively. 7. **Data Management:** Keep detailed records of all clients and develop strategies to stay competitive in the market. 8. **Client Acquisition & Servicing:** Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI customers and be their main point of contact. 9. **Soft Skills:** Training will be provided to enhance communication and motivational skills. 10. **NISM Certification:** Preference will be given to candidates who are NISM certified with experience in handling Retail and HNI clients, particularly in Mutual Funds. **Additional Information:** – This is a **sales-focused job**, and you will have yearly targets (KPIs) to meet. – **Working hours:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. – **Holidays:** 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
