What You Will Do: As a Visual Communication Designer, you will shape the visual elements of our internal and external communications through storyboarding, illustrations, layouts, and typography. Your designs will enhance the visual appeal of our communications, making it easier for audiences to better understand key messages. The role involves working closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide effective design solutions. You will collaborate with different functions/teams to design engaging graphics for presentations and newsletters while ensuring brand consistency, managing assets, and staying updated on the latest design trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop designs that align with our brands visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication materials. Adapt brand guidelines effectively to maintain a cohesive style and quality across all designs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts that enhance our employee value proposition and strengthen our employer brand. Organize and maintain a library of design assets (images, logos, templates) for efficient access and usage by the team. Assist and direct the team for employee/leadership video and photoshoots. Review all design work thoroughly to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards before final delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing clear updates on progress and meeting deadlines. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our visual identity. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 6+ years of experience working in a Corporate Communications team. Proficiency in design software and platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other content management systems. Experience in designing across multiple platformswebsites, social media, print, video editing/motion graphics, email marketing, and internal communications. Ability to translate creative briefs into storyboards and create visually appealing concepts. Should work independently with cross-functional teams and senior executives. Should be agile and be receptive to creative feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
