Role & responsibilities
As our Visual Content Specialist, your responsibilities will include areas
of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture.
You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to
help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our
products.
More responsibilities in detail:
Collaborate frequently with Marketing team and Management
to align messaging and communication goals
Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical
requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use,
and emotionally engaging.
Working on documents and checking the Visual identity to
ensure brand adherence and to expand the firms portfolio of
PowerPoint design layout.
Creating and amending presentations/ documents in a timely
manner and to Incorporate standards within deadlines.
Manage content for assigned Marketing channels, suggesting
strategic changes and areas for improvement
Maintain and update detailed content schedule (weekly,
monthly, and yearly)
Verify communications channels are active and up to date,
notifying appropriate team members of any issues. Ensuring all
work is quality checked, taking responsibility for the consistency,
deadline management, accuracy and quality of
presentation/documents in accordance with corporate
standards
Producing and modifying Adobe PDF documents (including
adding and amending watermarks, headers and footers, security
scanning, redaction, also Prepare work by gathering information
and materials.
Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets
from beginning to end for all of our internal and external
communication
Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to
read, easy to understand and easy to find.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes,
trends in visual design field.

Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support
learning, creating functional, bespoken presentation/
documents as well as ad hoc look and feel templates.
Design and distribute content for digital signage, internal
communications platforms, intranet sites, handbooks and emails
Preferred candidate profile
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in designing brand
identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for
web, desktop.
Strong graphic design, Content management, Proofreading,
Process Mapping and Research skills required
Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Visio,
Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch.
Strong background in presentation work with advanced
knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
The ability to refine other peoples ideas and come up with new
ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to
work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short
time.
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast
evolving environment.
Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
Expert level skills in Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, Invision App,
UXPin, Powerpoint and other relevant design tools.
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic
design field.
• Good written English, excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
