As a fast-growing company based in Florida, United States, we are looking for a talented Visual Designer / Marketing Assistant to join our Australian-based marketing team and help drive the presence of our multiple brands across all platforms. 

Position Overview:  

The Visual Designer / Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create visually compelling designs and video content across a variety of mediums. This includes producing marketing materials, digital assets, social media content, video editing (short and long form), product packaging and more. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and passionate about their work, with strong skills in both graphic design and post-production video. The role will also involve providing assistance with a variety of marketing tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design visually engaging digital and print marketing assets such as catalogues, flyers, social media content, product packaging, website graphics, email campaigns, Etc. 
• Edit and produce short and long-form video content for various channels, including social media, websites and promotional materials.  
• Design HTML email templates for customer campaigns. 
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold strict brand guidelines across all materials and channels. 
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to ensure design and video work aligns with brand, project and product goals. 
• Effectively handle multiple projects with varying deadlines by utilising project management tools.  
• Maintain design and media files systematically for easy access and future use. 
• General tasks to aid marketing and sales, including event coordination, content creation, copywriting, email marketing, social media management Etc.  

Skills & Qualifications: 

• A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication and/or Video Editing/Production or related field is preferred, however candidates with strong, relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.  
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects Etc.). 
• Highly detail-oriented with good attention to detail, upholding precision in all work. 
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent communication and time management skills is essential for this remote position.

Beneficial: 

• Experience utilising project management software such as Monday, Trello, Asana Etc.
• Experience undertaking general marketing tasks.

Other Requirements: 

• Although the majority of work will be remote, candidates must be available to work from Corlette, NSW as needed.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours on occasion, to accommodate international online meetings. 
• Must have access to a reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection to effectively perform the duties of this remote position.
