Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at XS Worldwide, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative solutions for a wide range of digital and print media. You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and project teams to bring our client’s visions to life through innovative, high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and create design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for both digital and print formats, including social media posts, advertisements, websites, presentations, email templates, and more.
• Work on branding projects to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain design templates to be used across multiple projects.
• Deliver high-quality designs within project deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to consistently deliver innovative solutions.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and event collateral.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s vision and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in both print and digital media design.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,335.86 – ₹59,030.96 per month
