Visual Merchandising Manager Uk (Remote)

Design and develop various retail channels’ VM brand expression and animation for a rapidly growing premium skincare brand from concept to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, creating presentation decks with POGs, 2D artwork development for final art release, 3D design and rendering, and publishing execution guidelines, such as VM directives.

The position reports to two leaders: the Sr. Manager of VMSD and the Head of VM PM, and liaises with the sales teams of various markets and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the VM Sr. Manager, Head of VM PM, and cross-functional teams to conceive, design, and develop new launches, overhauls, and updates for multiple retail channels globally
• Design 2D & 3D concepts, amend, and release production-ready 2D and 3D intend drawings
• Create clear design initiative documents, including presentation decks with renders, POGs, and graphics for internal review, retailer review for estimates and clear understanding of SOW, and 3rd party vendor approval for both 2D and 3D artwork
• Assist in spearheading new channel launches globally for all aspects of VMSD
• Implement and publish VM directives for new store/shop openings for retailers and sales teams to reference and comply with
• Align with Global VMSD initiatives and advocate for and support market development accordingly

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior, Industrial, or Graphic Design
• Combined 3-5 years of experience as a lead VM 2D or 3D designer and VM Manager for beauty brands
• Professional fluency in Adobe CS, especially InDesign and Illustrator, and 3D modeling software, preferably SketchUp; fluency in rendering tools is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to proactively and autonomously handle/manage multiple projects simultaneously as a project owner
• Collaborative and supportive partnership towards market needs
• Positive attitude towards a fast-paced work environment with frequent changes and updates to VM projects
