Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that consistently meets and exceeds financial targets.
- Identify, qualify, and successfully close deals with major healthcare systems, engaging directly with key decision-makers including Vice Presidents of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, and CIOs.
- Employ a consultative sales methodology to thoroughly understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that foster enduring partnerships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and thoughtful account management.
- Travel as necessary, up to 50% of the time, to facilitate deal execution and relationship building.
- Position yourself as a trusted partner and thought leader by providing valuable insights in a rapidly evolving healthcare market.
- Contribute to the identification and pursuit of broader business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, particularly in revenue cycle management, and communicate relevant insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Uphold and embody the core values of the company while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and project implementations with a consultative approach.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in selling intricate revenue cycle solutions and/or technology within the healthcare sector.
- A successful track record of engagement with healthcare providers across for-profit, non-profit, and academic settings.
