In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic sales plan designed to surpass revenue goals in the healthcare sector. Your ability to leverage existing relationships and industry expertise will be crucial to driving success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that consistently meets and exceeds financial targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and successfully close deals with major healthcare systems, engaging directly with key decision-makers including Vice Presidents of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, and CIOs.
  • Employ a consultative sales methodology to thoroughly understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that foster enduring partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and thoughtful account management.
  • Travel as necessary, up to 50% of the time, to facilitate deal execution and relationship building.
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner and thought leader by providing valuable insights in a rapidly evolving healthcare market.
  • Contribute to the identification and pursuit of broader business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, particularly in revenue cycle management, and communicate relevant insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Uphold and embody the core values of the company while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and project implementations with a consultative approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills complemented by a polished and professional demeanor.

  • Established network of relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in selling intricate revenue cycle solutions and/or technology within the healthcare sector.
  • A successful track record of engagement with healthcare providers across for-profit, non-profit, and academic settings.
